Opportunities exist for a customer-focused, Aviation Analyst. In this capacity, you will serve as the first point of contact for our client's requests. The Aviation Analysts completes short-duration, high-urgency projects of moderate scope which ensures maintenance tracking is correct, updated, meeting any governing agency requirements while keeping the aircraft compliant and flying. Important job components are project management, technical support, and customer service; all being used on a daily basis. The ability to concurrently manage documentation, deliverables, schedules, client expectations, and actual problem resolution are necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction. At Flightdocs, customers typically need assistance creating and accessing aircraft maintenance documents and complying with directives from the FAA and manufacturers (Boeing, Embraer, Airbus, etc.). Working within customer service the Aviation Analyst assists customers in transferring critical aircraft maintenance data, provided by the aircraft technician, into Flightdocs' secure database. Additionally, the Analyst assists clients by preparing deliverables that instruct maintenance technicians on the required services and proper techniques for carrying out complex maintenance procedures.
Occasional travel (5%) to the jobsite, usually an aircraft hangar or maintenance facility in the United States, is required. The Aviation Analyst trains aircraft operators and maintenance personnel on the proper use of the Flightdocs software, gives recommendations on efficient use and time-saving techniques, and determines root causes of critical issues. As an Aviation Analyst, you will be expected to interact with company executives, aircraft owners, operators, and maintenance personnel by phone, email, and in person exercising absolute professionalism and courtesy with a get-it-done attitude. The Analyst acts as the company's representative to their assigned clients and must be adept at problem resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction. The incumbent is expected to take complete ownership of all issues and be accountable for the total customer experience. Company growth requires institution of new policies and procedures, and the Analyst must be flexible and able to offer meaningful suggestions for improving our software product, deliverables, and training efforts. The candidate must be a "people-person", team player, enjoy working with all personality types, and skilled at communicating on a level appropriate for a widely varying group of stakeholders.
This position requires computer proficiency with the latest versions of Microsoft Office (all aspects), Adobe, and iOS (Apple) products along with the ability to quickly learn Flightdocs' software. Candidates must speak and write fluent English. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Aviation, or a Customer Service field is strongly preferred.
